This business, MosaicFire, and my calling, along with several other components to round it all out, have been dancing around in my head lately. I had the honor of working with a friend that had waited 5 months to sit down with me and share his business plan for feedback and it was a very enlightening moment. I realized that while he was talking, I was writing what I was hearing God tell me to tell him. It’s like I could hear what he was saying and getting the directions for how he needed to get there from the Heavenlies and then gave that “map” to him. He was pleasantly surprised because it resonated with him. He smiled…he got it…he heard what was being said to him and though he hadn’t thought of going that specific way, it made sense to him. Imagine that. Interesting how God works on and with us even when we try to do things our way. I walked away from my friend so excited at what God had me tell him because it will work and his dream will come true…he will walk into his destiny!! He just has to do it. That’s the hardest part for us most of the time.

Your Life Purpose?

One of the common themes I see in people that come to coaching, is a desire to explore what they are truly meant to do with their life.

Most of us have a sense that there is a better, more meaningful way to live our lives, but we can’t seem to find it by ourselves. We carry on doing what is required of us, but still this nagging sense that “there must be something more” returns. Freedom in Surrender

There is such freedom in surrendering our will and allowing God to come in a push us out. After a pretty crazy weekend with the enemy trying to pull some old tricks out of his hat, God demonstrated His faithfulness by revealing some truths as to what He’s up to in my life. It’s like being let in on a huge surprise party that was planned a long time ago!! I AM planned everything out a long time ago and He’s knew I needed the encouragement of knowing that I haven’t gotten off track. He loves me and knows me enough to know just what I need! By letting me in on on a little bit of what’s going on, I can rest assured that I am on track and to continue to press on.

Life is so much freer when the worry is gone and everyday is new day to step in obedience to what small thing He’s asking of us. There are blessings in every trial, too, I’ve learned. When you realize that each event is a piece of a greater puzzle, it’s much either to keep working to see it to its completion. Instead of asking “Why me?”, I understand now, today, why saying, “Thank you, Lord, for this day!” makes so much more sense. I don’t have to control anything cause I’m really NOT in control of anything other than myself. I just keep my compass pointed north and I’m good!

We may not always understand what God is up to in our lives or in the lives of others but we know that His ways are greater than our ways. If we listen to Him through His Word, we will hear Him and His constant cry to “Seek ME first” and then He’ll just tell you what to do. There is so much freedom in surrender.

I am still new to this blogging thing although I have one at the xanga site, too. This one I will borrow some info to post and will add my own as time goes on. Not versed in the how -to’s for all of this stuff so that it moves smoothly and effortlessly.

I will improve as time goes on but I’m overwhelmed right now with juggling all the balls I have in the air!! Woo HOOO!
